Vitals: Sophomore at non-target looking for an internship to leverage into a SA offer at a BB next summer.

Some firms recruit on campus and have different dates for resume drops. But what about firms that dont come on campus and will only accept resumes through HR Email or through online application. Anyone know any deadlines for these firms?

This is for summer analyst position by the way. It'd be great if we could compile a list of deadlines for the major BBs. Anyone know any? TYIA

I'm a freshman here at U of I and I am doing pretty well in my classes (gpa 3.95) so far. I'm looking to transfer into Northwestern or some other schools that recruit heavily for consulting.

Can anyone give me some info on Citadel, specifically their Operations department?

I'm curious, does anybody recognize any of the above schools? How "recognizable" are these schools within banking, and is a degree from one of these schools at all valuable?

[Valuable in terms of landing a position in banking... either NYC or London/HK. In other words, if I go to one of these schools straight out of undergrad, are my prospects at the analyst level in any way affected?]

What are the differences (in terms of analyst experience)between boutique M&A and BB M&A? Please be specific.. thanks so much.

just curious, anyone know what it's like to work in the business development side of a major studio like universal/paramount etc? obviously theres a pay cut from IB, but i assume the hours/stress is less, and perhaps a more enjoyable lifestyle. is a 2 year stint in IB usually a requirement for these positions?
