We've sifted through 2 THOUSAND+ more questions submitted to the WSO Company Database this past year to make the IB Prep Pack even more killer. We've picked out another 100 questions based on new trends to bring the grand total to a whopping 500+ questions (nothing beats that).
The beauty of how we structure the IB Prep Pack is that both the technical and fit guides walk you through the most common beginner, intermediate and advanced questions while also giving you great sample answers. On top of that, we now also provide you with a MASSIVE appendix with the following banks below that allows you to see the type of interview questions being asked at various levels AT SPECIFIC FIRMS.
No other guide gives you a great foundation AND great company specific insight, so don't miss out before we bump the price!

The New York School of Finance offers internships and analyst training for those looking to get into the investment banking field. In a nutshell, you complete a combined internship and training program, where you work at a boutique bank full-time and complete in-person training on financial modeling.
Outside of an internship at a large bank or investment firm, it's the best way to get a "leg-up" in the recruiting process and make up for work experience you don't have.
You get 8 weeks (or 16 weeks in the full semester version) of the internship and training, which is more than enough time to get some great experience to write about on your resume / CV.
Inside the WSO Company Database we've been collecting reviews across 17 different metrics for years..but NOW you can view all this data summarized in fancy charts, for free! Here's a partial screenshot of Goldman Sach's review page:
These charts are available on the "Reviews" tabs for any company that has data.
Click here to access the WSO Company Database and all the reviews. All you need is ONE entry into the database for a month of free access. If you are feeling generous or want access to the entire database for a full 1 year, all you need to submit is THREE additions (they can be any combination of Company Reviews, Interview Insights or Compensation Data)...oh, and if you submit 3, you also get access to the our Annual Compensation Report (see below). Yes, also for free:
Ok, so admittedly I don't know much about college basketball, but I do love watching my Celtics. While it was tough to deal Pierce and Garnett, the # of draft picks Boston has in the next 5 years and young assets is positioning the team to MAJORLY reload and rebuild into a dominant franchise. Here is the problem, while I get excited that Boston keeps losing and is now tied for the 3rd worst record in the NBA, who the hell to you pick in this draft? I feel like any of the top 3 (Parker, Wiggins, Embiid) are potential gamechangers, with Parker clearly the most "NBA ready" so far. Wiggins scares me (not in a good way) since he seems a bit aloof watching him play at times, and Embiid's back issues freak me out too (Not another Oden please).

Hey everyone. The ink has just barely dried on my accepted offer to join a boutique private equity firm as an analyst, but I think now is a better time than any to tell you how I made the jump to private equity from a VERY non-target background.
The topic of getting hired at a hedge fund directly out of undergraduate compels many students. The response to the question: “Is it possible to get hired at a hedge fund directly out of undergraduate?” typically goes along the lines of “it’s a shot in the dark, but yes [insert cliché...

There’s been a couple of threads that have popped up lately about the CPA exam and whether it would be worth it for the authors try and pass it in lieu of other things, or in their spare time. Some of the comments by other posters lead me to believe there’s a lot of misinformation or...
Given that we have built up relationships with hundreds of companies and finance recruiters, we thought instead of just a simple job board (which you can find right here), we would also create a WSO Applicant...
So I recently got asked if I would do an AMA in a thread I posted on but declined due to having a unique background and not wanting to be found off-line. But the recent thread by @Nefarious- reminded me of the people that have helped me get to where I am at.
So as I mentioned above Im not...
