Transition from Retail bank to Corporate Bank
Hi I'm an undergraduate student and I'm passionate on valuing a company and building financial model. I have become an expert in building financial model by using Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet after two-three months. I have applied 100 company since the month of August, I have been following up with no update on any position. My professor have told me to apply as a personal banker, something that I am not interested. Can anyone give me an advice if I were to start as a personal banker how can I make a transition to the middle office, such as operation, risk, compliance division?
god...
makes me think about the mentality of some people
the guy actually has couple of internships in NY according to his linkedin profile
but he has a passion for excel modeling!@$%^
so you just want to value one company and build one financial model?
