Interview Questions
In the phone interview, a junior analyst will go through your background and tell you a little bit about the position. Then they ask several behavioral questions and a few brain teasers. The questions are not difficult. They ask you many behavioral questions like how do you deal with conflict and how do you deal with teamworks, leadership situation questions. Then they ask me a brain teaser questions which is about elevator optimization question. It's not difficult. Just need to react quickly i guess.
