What did the interview consist of?
1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
During a company dinner organized by ABN AMRO for students of the Erasmus University I was approached by a recruiter to apply for this internship. I did, and two weeks later I had my interview.
The interview consisted of two rounds with two people each.
The first round was with an analyst and an associate. After introducing ourselves to eachother, they proceeded with asking me strictly technical questions. All and all this interview lasted about 45 mins.
The second round was with two VPs who asked me a blend of technical and fit questions with a special focus on my motivation.
2 days later I received an offer for the internship. In the end I did not accept the offer and went with another bank instead.
