Group Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I found the internship opportunity on the website of ABN AMRO. In order to apply, a application had to be sent consisting of a CV, Cover Letter and overview of your grades. They invited me for a selection pocess consisting of 2 interviews of 45 minutes. Each interview was conducted by 1 associate and 1 analyst. The first interview was about my motivation and CV. The second one was more technical (pretty easy actually) and about recent developments in the markets.
