What did the interview consist of?
1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied on campus thru OCR. Being at events are key, these were obviously tracked and played into the process. 2 1st round case interviews and 2 2nd rounds. Not too quant heavy, pretty qual. in nature. Very conversational, I would compare them with my Bain interviews with a similar level of math, however more interview driven then interviewee like Bain.
