The number you see in the middle of the doughnut pie chart is the simple average of these scores. If you hover over the various sections of the donut, you will see the % breakdown of each score given.

The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Interview
I applied via campus portal where companies can post their open positions. Interview process was pretty standard. All fit questions as well as why FP&A, what are your career goals, etc.
Interview Questions
Mots of the interview questions were pretty standard. I would say the most difficult interview questions were in terms of why finance, why do you want to work for this company, and what do I expect to learn from working here this spring. I interviewed with the FP&A manager, the controller of the business unit, and the finance director (over the phone). I expected most of the interview questions as I had read finance interview guides and the fit sections cover pretty much exactly what I was asked in the interviews. Nothing unexpected.

Interview
I applied on my school's website, was contacted by the recruiter about a week before the interview. The interview consisted of two 30 minute 1-on-1 interviews.
Interview Questions
Mostly behavioral questions - walk me through your resume, what attracted you to Alcoa? etc. They surprisingly did not ask me any technical questions, which I found interesting since it was for a finance rotational program.

Most of the questions that I received were based off of my experiences on my resume, so make sure that you are comfortable with everything on your resume. Be prepared to answer questions about Alcoa as well as the program.

Interview
Alcoa's HR manager contacted me after I had applied online. She set up an initial phone interview for the following week. The phone interview was entirely fit/behavioral. I was asked about my internship experience, what I am looking for in a job, what my skills were, etc.

There was then a 2nd phone interview. This was done with two current analysts. The interview focused heavily on fit/behavioral. Why Alcoa? Why consulting? Walk me through your resume. etc. The phone interview also consisted of a basic case study.

In-person interviews were really very similar to the phone interviews. The entire process was focused heavily on fit and behavior. The in-person interview also included 2 case studies.
Interview Questions
Case studies.

The interview process is focused on case studies, since the position is for internal consulting. Be prepared. Know how case study interviews work, and how to approach them. Practice!
Case study. The study focused on a new product introduction by Alcoa. The interviewer wanted to know if they should introduce the product or not.
