Many of the services that we offer are highly regulated, such as selling securities and providing investment advice. For compliance purposes, we conduct our business through three separate entities. Collectively, our three affiliates provide comprehensive services to protect, build, and realize value for shareholders, creditors, and other stakeholders.

Alderman & Company Consulting, an affiliate of Alderman & Company Capital, LLC, provides consulting services to assist the owners of aerospace and defense companies in the creation of shareholder value. We also provide consulting services to other stakeholders with similar objectives, such as creditors in the case of workouts and corporate restructurings. A significant portion of our work relates to assisting companies with preparations to be sold, sometimes as long as 5-years in advance. In the past we have worked with some clients for as long as 10-years, to assist shareholders in protecting, developing, maximizing, and realizing value. We also provide business valuations and general management consulting.

Clients of the firm include owners, shareholders, boards of directors, lenders, and other critical stakeholders of companies involved in manufacturing, distribution and services in the commercial aviation, general aviation, military aviation, space, and defense industries.
