Lead Analyst

Applied online and heard back within a couple weeks. Was asked to do an online interview in which I had to record my answers to their questions within a given timeframe. Most of the questions are listed on glassdoor.com so I practiced with photobooth before hand. About a week later, I was asked to visit their offices for a group interview that lasted about an hour. Very behavioral, nothing technical. A week after that, I was asked to come in again for another interview with two additional members of the team and the MD for the New York office.
