Interview
After submitting a cover letter and CV, I got the first round interview with the HR lady from Boston. The interview was entirely behavioural about my background etc. Very simple questions like walk me through CV, tell me about your summer plans for this summer etc. Was quite conversational. I would say that I was under prepared because she said we have 10 mins left at the end for questions from you and 10 minutes is a lot of time to answer questions. Overall good experience but I was definitley underprepared.
Interview Questions
No really difficult questions. The thing that suprised me was leaving 10 mins at the end for questions from me. Interviewer also wasnt giving long answers so needed a lot of questions.

Interview Questions

Interview
Got a phone call from HR to kick off the interview process. Had a 2nd round with 2 VPs for both technical and walk-through of CV, difficult questions but they seem pretty chill. Then got a 3 hour model plus presentation test so that you have to finish a LBO model for a potential asset acquisition somewhere in EU and produce a couple slides for presentation for 2 hours. Then you have 1 hour to walk through the model and deck in front of a group 5-6 team members. Once you passed this round, just 3 more 1-o-1 interviews with the top 3 senior guys in the group for a vibe check, no technical asked. Offer received after 1 week

Consulting style / case interview. There was no "tell me about yourself," purely diving into case studies about investments the PE team has made. Overall was a very positive experience, and the interviewers tried to get a good sense for how you are thinking. 2 back-to-back case studies.
