Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The recruiting process started out when Bain came to our campus and gave a presentation about the company and why it is a great place to work. Then, after submitting a resume and cover letter, Bain chose 10-20 students to interview. I was one of those selected for a first round interview with Bain. Unfortunately, as I was only a sophomore at the time, I did not receive a second round interview because it is very rare for a company like Bain to extend offers to sophomores in the first place
