Please describe the interview / hiring process.
MBA hiring started at the beginning of our first year and consisted of various opportunities to network with Bain recruiters as well as Bain consultants. Via these opportunities Bain was able to select candidates from which they ultimately interviewed. Interviews were two rounds, first round was two case interviews on campus, and second round was a presentation, case and "fit" interview all at the location the candidate was interviewing for.
