1. Initial networking with the group both in Palo Alto and NYC. 3 informational interviews with the Associates and VPs
2. Networking with school alumni both in NYC and Palo Alto a month before interview
3. More one on one networking with school alumni a day before interview
4. Two back to back 2 on 1 interview with Director/ VPs on-campus; interview included mostly technical questions.; behavioral aspect mostly covered during networking
5. Six 1 on 1 interviews in Palo Alto before the final offer; mostly conversational interview as a final vetting for interest for the group and industry
