Finance Management Associate Program

I am not sure if it is same for other schools, but we only had one round of interview and that was it. One campus recruiting interviews and they just sent out the offers.
Interview process: 1. Networking event at a bar near school. It's optional to go, but highly recommend to attend and meet the people. You will get a chance to talk to the interviewers before going into the interview.
Actual interview: Because I went to the networking event and already spoke with the interviewer, he/she already knew about my background and what my interests are. The interview would go straight into the technicals and situational questions because they already know about you. This could be a good thing and bad thing. If you only have prepared for typical interview, you might struggle. There should be some time left if you attended the networking event so be prepared to ask questions. Few technicals related to their job and few lifestyle questions are good combination.
