First round they selected 8 out of 16 on my campus, and invited them to Superday. The Superday was consisted of 3 20-minute 1-1 interviews, and chats were very casual, 80% based on behaviorals. However, I didn't feel like they got to know me well enough from these mini interviews. I haven't hear anything back until two weeks after the Superday, I asked the recruiter about the decision making process, and was informed that they truly enjoyed speaking with me, yet they still need to wait for pending offers. The following Wedsnesday, I got a call from NY about my rejection.
