Please describe the interview / hiring process.

First round phone screen. Two in person interviews with VPs for final round. Off-site at neighboring business school. Very formal, different from NYC interviews. Straight behavioral off a script. Hours seemed like they would be lighter than NYC, still ultimately a middle-office function.
