Sales & Trading Summer Analyst

This was a first round on-campus interview. 2-on-1 interview, the two guys switched between one looking at his BB and not caring and one asking questions. The questions were all over the place and seemed like they were trying to get under my skin. I tried to involve both of them in the interview but the other would pay no attention so you just have to keep going. It's probably important to just stay focused and not get rattled by their methods.
