1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Spoke with several individuals in the division over the phone in the month or so leading up to when they chose who they wanted for final round interviews. Received offer to come to final round interviews, they fly you up. Just two 1 on 1 interviews. Both are senior level people. Then took us down for lunch with the analysts who then I believe gauged our personalities to help with the decision process.
