What did the interview consist of?
1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The application was all done online (due date was in October) and was notified in January a week before the superday. Flew to NYC and consisted of 1 hour of interviews (2 people, 1 on 1).
First interview was pretty much fit (this was S&T) so reading the vault guide was good enough. The second was slightly more technical with general things about markets and what would you investment in if you had $1 million dollars.
Relatively painless, people were nice, and they got back to me within the week. This process actually finished before second semester started.
