In 1999, BCP moved towards a more formal partnership structure. Now, BCP is a partnership composed of majority owner Randall Pike and the following partners: Walter Molano, Juan Carlos Luque, Ricardo Houson, Steve Owens, David Smith, James Harper, Umberto Marmol, Andre Sieh, Samy Podlubny, Mauro Della Cioppa, Manuel Gil and Edwin Garcia. Annually, BCP distributes newly-created shares to existing partners and additional members of the team are considered for partnership.
