1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I had a phone interview with 2 research associates. Then I had a Superday via video link with more senior staff in the New York office. I interviewed with 3 PMs (one for each of their equity funds). There were no unexpected interview questions - make sure you have a stock pitch or two ready and be ready to answer standard questions like, "walk me through your resume."
