Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Well organized, kind people. Consisted of online numerical + verbal, two long phone interviews and a half day assessment centre.
A lot of interviews, and pretty stressful problem solving test. Overall, they will try to get to know who you are and how you think in a very precise and thorough manner. everything you say can be verified since you will be interviewing with so many people.
But overall, the recruitment process was rather enjoyable. You are treated like a valuable human being, not like trash as I have experienced in the past with IBs.
