Applied online and HR contacted me for an interview. Gave me the confirmation with less than 24 hrs notice.
The interview itself was all behavorial and was conducted by someone senior on the team. Turned out they already conducted a super day before interviewing me first round and didn't end up picking anyone.
When you're interviewing with BlackRock, you either hear from them last minute or not at all (when you're rejected) because HR is severely understaffed. I tried checking in after a week and received no response. Recently, I found the job reposted on their website.
