What did the interview consist of?
Group Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
There was a 2 on 1 interview. The first 15 minutes was dedicated to standard behavioral interview questions. These included discussions about my resume, school, and interests. After the first 15 minutes, the next 15 were dedicated to a "mini case." Essentially, I walked them through a paper LBO. I was very unprepared and they helped me and guided me in the right direction. Did not get invited back. They definitely "drilled" me during the case and it was high-stress.
