Group Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Through the on campus recruiting process: no phone interview, first round interview was with 2 current analysts (~30 minutes long), second round was a series of 1 on 1 interviews at the office (~30 minutes each over the course of 4 hours). Offers were handed our within the day, all interviewees were invited for drinks following first round interviews. The culture is laid back with friendly individuals across all levels.
