Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The first step was a phone interview. After the phone interview I was invited to come in for face-to-face interviews. I was interviewed for 7 hours, by several employees. Interview questions were solely technical, focussing on options, derivatives and hedging. Aside from these technical questions, several brain teasers and math questions were asked. Little to no attention was payed to soft skills.
