Group Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Hiring process starts out with on campus recruiting and does not take very long. In less than 2 weeks, the interview is scheduled. The interview is a 2 on 1 interview for fixed income. It is not overly technical, depending on your background. They ask some fit questions on risk taking abilities. I was not asked any brainteasers surprisingly.
