I learned of the opportunity at the Harvard career fair and submitted my resume and cover letter through the BCG website. I received an email notification for first round interview a few weeks after and scheduled my appointment. I had 2 separate 1 on 1 interviews with a principal and a project leader. Both of my interviews involved personal experience questions and a case. The overall experience was very constructive and the interview process was very smooth and organized. The people at BCG were very professional and friendly. I suggest the candidates do more case practices to prepare for the interview - I stumbled on both of my cases but looking back I could have done better had I been more prepared.
