Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The interview process started with a phone screen with one of the MDs. Interview primarily consisted of technical questions. H I was brought back for a super-day with approximately 9 or 10 other candidates. We had dinner the night before with some of the other research associates, in addition to a number of the MDs. The next day, I had ~5 interviews, some were 2 people, and others was 1 on 1. Overall, the questions were a mix of technical, fit, and situational (i.e. .) I also had to do a writing sample (summarize a research report) and an accounting test (which I remember was quite comprehensive). After the interviews/testing was over, the President gave us a PPT on Brandes, and they fed us lunh.
