Applied on school's career site and got an e-mail few days later for a phone call. Had a call with their recruiter and then a VP that consisted of no finance or econ questions. all purely fit but some very very strange questions.

A lot of probing into past experiences like most difficult thing I have dealt with, my athletics, disappointments, goals in life, and some personal things such as political views and what would i choose btwn two different career paths and why. Overall it was pretty standard if you consider the weird "transparent" culture that Dalio has tried to pass on to his employees and into the firm.
