Applied online through the Bridgewater career portal and was then asked to watch a series of videos outlining culture at Bridgwater. Then had to take a series of personalities tests, I believe it was 4 in total. I was then set up with a phone interview. The interviewer went through my resume with me and questioned every point, making out that I had zero relatable experience to the job. He was very short in ending the call, and as I expected, I was not brought in for a second round of interviews.
