1-on-1 phone conversation with director of strategy and innovation, a lot of basic fit questions, resume questions, nothing too technical.
Interview Questions
No question was too difficult, the interview was extremely informal, and the interviewer was extremely respectful and cordial. Asked questions about skillset, why X major, background of items on resume. The toughest question would have to be articulating why Brookdale Senior Living, and the story of a failure questions. Additionally, him being an alum, I was asked about what organizations I was involved in, and what was going on around campus at the time. Next round happens after about a month, allowing you to explore other options as well.
