Direct Interview process, basic technical questions, dcf, comp analysis. asked for "walk me through dcf" and how to do that kind of stuff. Fit questions were very basic, fit is important. they have lean deal teams so they want to know if you sort of you know fit in. Tech questions were easy, but make sure you know why you want to work there
Interview Questions
Why do you want to work here? You have to know like why you would want to work there. I never heard of the firm so you would have to network with some members to know why or use something like fact set, you know what i am saying
Can you take the grunt work because they have small and lean deal teams so they would want to know that you could handle a lot of the work and they can get out of you what they paid. Which i heard is a lot of moolahs
