The hiring process was very quick. After visiting their firm and speaking with a few people on campus, I was referred up to speak with their full time analysts and associates. From there, everything moved very quickly, resulting in a 1st round screen before a Superday.
Interview Questions
The most difficult questions included asking how you would value a private company, with limited access to financials and only a few key stats.

Started off on phone call with analyst, then they came for OCR, where I had several one-on-ones. Then spoke with HR administrator for 15 mins (I think it was first official interview and general screening). Then had superday interviews on zoom over a few days. Mostly behavioral, technicals weren't that bad. Just know the 400 questions and healthcare specific info.

Very networking oriented. The interview process only involved one 30 minute interview with 2 current employees. I networked with 6 or 7 current analysts/associates and feel that is the reason I got the offer.

Interview
The interview consisted of an initial Webex interview with two thirty minute interviews, and then a final round superday with the same format.
Interview Questions
The interview consisted of both behavioral questions and a few technical questions that were specific to the group. The behavioral questions were the classic ones, along the lines of "Tell me about yourself", "Why this specific group", "Why Keybanc", "Tell me about a time..." . The technical questions asked about the differences between revenue bonds and general obligation bonds. There were some additional questions about basic accounting, all questions that can be found in the basic guides. Overall, not too bad.

Interview
A first round consisted of a Zoom Call with 3-4 managing directors at the office. I come from a soft target for this firm.
Interview Questions
The interview was almost all qualitative. I was asked the standard tell me about yourself, why are you interested in our firm. After that I was asked about a specific case competition like experience that I has listed on my resume. There was some back and forth questions about my other various experiences on my resumes. There was almost no traditional technical questions asked about my experience. I would suggest knowing every experience on your resume inside and out because I was caught off guard by some prodding questions.
