Interview
I first received an email telling me to submit a virtual cover letter. I then had a Skype interview followed by an on-site interview.
Interview Questions
The interview process was extremely long. Every single question asked to me was behavrioral in each round, there was not a single technical component. In the on-site interview they asked a million different questions almost all asking the same thing "tell me about a time when..." and then they would rephrase it and almost ask the entirely same question. The worst part was the length of the interview as it was over 3 hours with just three interviewers. It was exhausting and I feel like it did not display any real talents.

Interview
Interviewed on campus and asked only behavioral and then interviewed on site with three people for about 50 minutes each. Everyone asked behavioral questions and everyone interviewing was accounting majors (I am economics major). I felt very out of place having no knowledge of accounting and could sense that they took me for second round because I was smart, but didn't give me an offer because of a lack of knowledge and because they like people that are older. They interviewed a lot of masters of accounting. One interviewer kept asking me questions on one project im involved with and that was kinda annoying since i hadn't worked on the project in awhile.
Interview Questions
Tell me about a time where you worked as a team? Were you a leader or a follower. How did others respond to you when you were working as a team. Were they accepting of you or wanted to do something else?
