Interview
Interviewed with 4 people, 2 associates and 2 analysts. They were all very chill and friendly, definitely great culture at the firm. Firm is growing fast and looking to expand offices to more cities in the next year, very focused on employee retainment & development and weekends are mostly free from what I’ve heard.

Interview consisted of a mix of technical questions (basic ones) and behavioral questions. Most 2 important questions were why banking and why Cascadia.
Interview Questions
With the why banking question, you really have to nail it. Answer with full honesty and keep it short; they can smell BS from a mile away.
