Interview
Entire process took a few months but started with a phone interview and followed with a few in-office visits before culminating in a case study / modeling test and a short presentation to the team. Generally a very reasonable process; focused a lot on deal experience and thoughts regarding industry trends and investment opportunities. Since it’s a rather small firm, you get the opportunity to meet a good amount of the team (save for anyone that ends up traveling) and so you’ll get a good chance to determine fit and culture. Nice office located near Central Park.
