There were two rounds--first, a thirty-minute on-campus interview with two folks from Centerview which focused largely on fit questions, with a few technical/quantitative litmus tests thrown in.

Turnaround was fairly rapid after the on-campus process, and the second stage of the process involved a three hour superday on a Saturday morning in October. Prior to the superday, candidates were treated to a fantastic dinner and had the opportunity to engage with current bankers on a more informal basis. The superday itself was comprised of five interviews with everyone from analysts to founding partners--several fit and resume, one focusing on technicals, and one focusing on general problem solving skills (almost like a consulting case). I wouldn't be too afraid of the technicals, they are tailored to your experience, so anyone w/ previous experience in I-banking may get harder questions than if you've worked in investment management. The Centerview team was incredible throughout the process--friendly, engaging, but not afraid to challenge your assumptions--and I enjoyed myself throughout.
