Summer Associate Intern

They came to our University campus to attempt to employ the top percentage of students to work as summer associates. I was one of the lucky few chosen based on my resume, my marks as well as previous work experience (lifeguard, tutor, etc.) The company asked when everyone wanted to do their interviews and at what time in the day. If I were to give you advice on how to ace these interviews i would say:

1. Be yourself, don't try to put on a fake persona to impress the person interviewing you.
2. Dress for success, suits for men and formal attire for women.
3. Be on time and prepared to answer any questions.
