Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Many computer science questions revolving around data structures, object oriented programming and algorithms. Had to code out many algorithms by hand and explain their complexity, and the reason behind choosing them. Also a fair amount of brain teasers, leaning from fairly easy to very counter intuitive. There isn't an expectation to get everything right, but they really look at the thought process and how you think and reason under pressure.
