What did the interview consist of?
Phone Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I was given the contact through a head hunter and sent my cover letter and resume. After about a week I received an invitation to take part in a phone interview. The phone interview was pretty basic but unfortunately I did not receive a positive result. I believe my not being from Illinois was a negative for the group. The people I spoke with were nice and seemed passionate about their work.
