The interview process was very easy. I had a coffee chat with an MD who was an alumni and calls with two people in the office. Questions were all fit based.
Interview Questions
There were no difficult or unexpected interview questions as it was all fit-based and behavioral. The following questions were asked:
Why do you want to pursue investment banking? Do you understand what investment banking is?
Why do you think Coady Diemar Partners is a good fit?
Do you want to go back to the oil and gas industry?
What is your long term career goal?

Are you look to stay in the New York long term?
The three people I spoke to generally asked the same questions.

1 on 1 Interview
Interview
The interview was extremely easy. They responded quickly to my message and asked to set up an interview within the week. Didn't really ask any questions during initial screening, was mostly them talking about their firm.
Interview Questions
It was entirely fit based. The only serious question asked was the standard "tell me about yourself" and then drilling down into specific experiences. There was also a subtle airplane/elevator type test. Aka, would we spend time with you in an elevator or on an airplane. This wasn't the type of interview you need to take notes at. No mathematical questions or brain teasers. Other questions asked were "what do you think of the industry sector". They also asked how I would feel about the commute to their office.
