I was supposed to have a on campus interview with an HR, but she texted me the day of my interview saying she got over booked and need to reschedule for a phone interview with me the next day. I confirmed with her for the next day phone call but never got the call. Called the number she used for texting but no one picked up. Asked career advancement office on campus for her contact information and sent an email but never got a respond.
Interview Questions
Totally not expecting the no-show no-call.
I don't know why they decided to never respond after reschedule with me. And I couldn't even get in contact with them ever again.

1st interview is simply 1 on 1 interview with a senior trader or partner on campus. It mainly consists of behavioral questions and a few brainteasers. 2nd(final) interview is done in Chicago, consuming half day. It consists of 1) math interview, 2) IQ test on computer and 3) group behavioral test.
Interview Questions
What is the minimum number of mice you need to identify one poisoned bottle out of 240 bottles? Assumption: one mouse can drink unlimited amount of bottles at a time, if a mouse drinks poison, it dies after 24 hours. You only have 24 hours, which means you only get one trial.

Got interview through on-campus recruiting. First phone screen, then two on-site interviews. Phone screen with basic behavioral questions. First on-site quick run through of a list of brainteasers, some I've heard before. Second round on-site, sat down with trader, talked about the position, more behavioral questions. Guess I didn't do well enough.
Interview Questions
1. What's the minimum number of races you need to determine the fastest, second fastest and third fastest horse out of a total of 25 horses, given you can only race 5 horses at a time.
2. You have a big cube consisted by 10*10*10 smaller cubes. You take away the top most layer on each side, how many small cubes do you have left.

Relatively short turn around. They came to campus and they gave a skills test before the personality interview. On sight it was a 1 on 1 skills test and then a group interview where they asked some surprising questions.
Interview Questions
- "how much money would you like to make in your first year, 5th year?" "Who would you hire out of the other candidates?"
What is the expected value of various games involving dice, etc.? What bet would you pick given two choices (similar but with different values of money)?
