What did the interview consist of?
Phone Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied online through the Credit Suisse site and received a notification for a phone interview in January 2014. The interview lasted for about 25 minutes, and consisted of finance/accounting questions (including the DCF, leases and off-balance sheet liabilities) as well as brainteasers. The interview went well and I received positive feedback from my interviewer, but HR realized that I was a sophomore and so I was unable to proceed further in the application process.
