Please describe the interview / hiring process.
On campus recruiting session, office visit in SF that you could drop your resume for (the visit was mostly informational but candidates were seperated into smaller groups and asked about their interest in banking and the technology group in particular). After that you could drop your resume for on campus interviews. You applied online and the interviews took place at the career center.
