Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Submitted my resume for initial pre-screening. Got an email from a VP asking to do a phone interview that same week. Phone interview was strictly fit, very cordial, just trying to get to know me, my interests, why IB, etc. Was invited to on-campus 1 on 1 interview with a different VP. Combination of fit and technical. Know general financial statements, valuation methods, WACC, how discount rate affects value.
