Phone Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I was reached out to by an associate after my information was passed on through an employee of the firm. The phone interview consisted of fit questions for the first half. I was very surprised by the amount of technical questions given on the phone interview. The firm takes on 3-4 Summer Analysts and each spends 2 weeks working with the firm.
