Interview
Interviewed with a trader in the San Francisco office over the phone. Started out by discussing my background relating to finance (since I come from multiple engineering degrees with only a minor relating to finance). Discussed projects I've worked on relating trading. Then two questions at the end relating basic probability. There were several follow on questions afterwards. In total interview lasted just under an hour.
Interview Questions
What is the probability of a straight flush, given you either have a straight flush or 4 of a kind? I hemmed and hawed my way through it, but basically you just need to enumerate the probabilities of each one and take the ratio. Since the number of total hands is in the denominator of each probability, that drops out and all that is left is the ratio of the number of ways to create each hand.

Two skills/math tests first. Then a short phone interview, then an in office interview consisting of 4-5 one on one interviews. These included both quantitative and personality interviews. The quantitative interviews vary by interviewer but include basic mental math, brain teasers and more advanced stats, probability and theory questions.
Interview Questions
Questions such as divide x by y and tell me the result to as many decimals as possible. Good responses tended to have 10+ decimals

Phone screening with HR - completely behavioral. 1-1 OCR Interview with a director. Set it up through campus recruiting. Director was male, very friendly. Took a test about markets, including my knowledge of market history. Definitely did not do well as some questions pertained to the 80's and 90's and general market conditions. Some quick math and brain-teasers were also involved. Would recommend brushing up on mental math and understanding bid/ask spreads.
Interview Questions
How has being a varsity athlete prepared you for a career in prop trading? I tied this into the "why trading" questions and talked about liking a competitive edge in the work place.
General multiplications - no real "tough" or unexpected questions. Why trading? I answered because of my competitive nature and love for a fast paced environment.
