The company has acquired, designed and developed over two million square feet of property on the East and West Coasts.

DDG’s real estate investment platform leverages the firm’s skills and experience in all aspects of finance. DDG Capital has strong relationships with investors and lenders, managing funds on their behalf and deploying capital where there are opportunities to create value.

DDG deploys capital toward mixed-use, residential and commercial assets, as well as debt, equity and hybrid securities.

DDG Construction
DDG Construction performs the general contracting and construction management functions of the construction process and while mitigating risks, ensures through craft and quality control that the architectural vision is realized. Construction managers and designers work hand-in-hand to find creative solutions that meet or improve our financial and design objectives while remaining on schedule.

DDG Asset Management
DDG’s integral involvement in all aspects of real estate investment and development continues beyond a project’s physical completion. Built around a team with vast experience in the world of hospitality, DDG’s asset management group focuses on enhancing buildings’ environments and providing a higher standard of service to its residents, users and visitors.

DDG Foundation
DDG believes that giving back to the community is paramount to corporate responsibility and actively pursues sustainable development practices.

To fulfill these responsibilities, DDG created the DDG Partners Foundation Inc. (the “DDG Foundation”), a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization dedicated to the support of programs and organizations that promote environmentally responsible development, provide community outreach and job training, support public health, provide for local business improvement districts, protect significant cultural and architectural landmarks and provide for the creation and preservation of art and open space.
